USA

Shows an older male prominent in the news at the time of the election but it looks to me like this is a large endorsement or victory. It is a congratulatory moment free of conflict. It could be a powerful alliance formed between two former rivals. The image in my intuition said this may have a double meaning as two countries, formerly rivals before the presidential election, find peace and positive communication thereafter. I sense this could be with Russia and USA. There may be an agreement that creates a longer period of better diplomacy between the two. They show an accident, incident, or unexpected event regarding the health of Kamala Harris. In the image it looks like an accident but could be a fall, or result in a fall. The image is not allegorical and seems to reveal a truly physical accident or danger approaching. The reading says it can be avoided with “better preparation.” The image also shows Biden being shocked by the event, so I think he will be interviewed about it. Projects for public transportation to go into space will begin. They also show me a significant natural discovery of a curative plant in USA, the image shows me South America as well, but then draws me back to USA. There should be a strong presence in the news about the plant’s ability to heal something that affects many people. The image shows me the green leaves, not flowers or a root of a plant. A large increase is coming to the national budget for education, but mostly related to technology.

France

They show me a female politician struggling to get things into a better pattern and the economy coming to a halt for some reason. There looks to be a significant union strike that blocks supplies moving around.

Europe

shows a lot of economic standstill or things being frozen in some way. It may be due to stalling on trade agreements.

Health Care

They show overall a “slowing down” of health care for the world. The irony is in a time of more technology, humans react slower and care will become more automated and limited. This will start heavily in Europe soon.  It looks like there is a shift to more private practices opening as many good doctors leave larger systems in order to better help serve patients.

Outer Space

They show me some kind of “explosion” near the moon, maybe the second “mini moon” or object that is “launched” near our moon. I will divert from my normal predictions mode to share a dream I had on September 30th about the moons because it seems relevant. I dreamed of our moon and the second mini moon. The second one started to explode like a firework, in the sense that bright white rocks started igniting and flying out in all directions. The moon eventually exploded, but the Earth saw cataclysmic storms. In the dream my area was OK,  but many areas simultaneously experienced widespread flooding, it looked almost like a small tsunami of mud and rain. It happened fast, and then was over. The event was global, and occurred because of a celestial event triggering it. I think it may be due to a slight change in the magnetism of the moon or the relationship between the Earth and moon in this way.

Advice 

The Queen of cups is the card for the month signifying the need for rest, recuperation,  and physical strength and stability due to calm emotions. It shows me many people have a high level of exhaustion this month that looks difficult to fight. Likelihood of betrayal is high this month regarding relationships, even with regard to lying to oneself. Be honest and fair, but know that this months energy highlights the ability for deception and lies to be revealed. Celestite is the crystal of the month. It enhances our higher chakras and opening to intuition, lucid streaming, and divine inspiration. It promotes good fortune and promotes the elimination of toxins as well.
